Description of Idea Kiln

Idea Kiln is a collaborative platform where innovators, entrepreneurs, and creative thinkers can submit, refine, and develop their concepts through community feedback and engagement. Our platform provides tools for idea submission, collaborative refinement, and community interaction to help transform raw concepts into well-crafted, viable ideas.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all ideas, concepts, and content you submit to the platform. By posting content on Idea Kiln, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of enabling community feedback and collaboration.

Additionally, you grant Idea Kiln permission to showcase and promote your ideas on our social media accounts (including but not limited to X, TikTok, Bluesky), in our newsletters, and in other promotional materials. We will always attribute the idea to you as the creator when promoting your content outside the platform. If your idea is selected for promotion, you may request that we remove it from our promotional channels at any time by contacting me at sebastian@ideakiln.com.

While we encourage collaboration and feedback, users are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property rights. We recommend not sharing proprietary information, trade secrets, or patentable ideas without proper protection.

Community Guidelines

Users of Idea Kiln must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Treat all community members with respect and courtesy
• Provide constructive feedback that helps improve ideas
• Do not post content that is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
• Do not use the platform to spam or advertise unrelated products or services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Do not impersonate other individuals or organizations

Idea Kiln reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Payment Terms

Idea Kiln offers subscription plans to access premium features. When you subscribe to a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. We process payments through trusted third-party payment processor Stripe.

For one-time promotional payments (such as Promoted or Premium idea placement), all sales are final and non-refundable once the promotional service has been activated. This is because these services provide immediate visibility benefits that cannot be reversed.

Subscribers receive a 30% discount on one-time promotional payments for idea enhancement. This discount is automatically applied when you have an active subscription.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of subscribing if you are not satisfied with our services, provided you have not purchased any one-time promotional products during this period. After the 7-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact our support team.

User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

Limitation of Liability

Idea Kiln is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our platform
• The development or implementation of ideas shared on the platform

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
